Account & Registration

Registering an elit88 account is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Click the Register at the top of the website, enter your Malaysian phone number, create a password, and enter the OTP code sent to your number. Your account will be instantly active and ready to use.

The minimum age requirement is 18 years old. All members are required to verify their age during the identity verification (KYC) process. Accounts found to be underage will be suspended immediately and all balances returned in accordance with established procedures.

To complete KYC verification, you need to upload a clear photo of your identity card (MyKad) front and back or a valid passport. For address verification, a recent bank statement or utility bill (within the last 3 months) may be used. The review process typically takes 1–24 hours on business days.

No. Each member is only allowed to have one account only. Owning multiple accounts violates Elit88's terms of service and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the "Forgot Password" to recover an existing account.

Log in to your account and go to Profile Settings, then select the option to update your contact information. You will need to verify the change via an OTP code sent to your old number or email. If you no longer have access to the old number, contact support directly with your identity verification documents.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Elit88 accepts a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including local bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong), digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and Instant Banking via FPX. All deposits are processed in real time and credited instantly to your account.

Minimum deposit is as low as RM 20 for most payment methods. For digital wallets, the minimum limit may vary slightly depending on the provider. There is no maximum limit for regular members, while VIP members enjoy higher deposit limits with priority treatment.

Withdrawals to local Malaysian bank accounts are processed within 3 to 15 minutes for approved requests. During peak hours or public holidays, processing may take up to 1 hour. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 and our finance team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A withdrawal may be delayed for several reasons: (1) KYC not yet completed, (2) bonus rollover requirements have not been met, (3) the bank account name does not match the elit88 profile name, or (4) additional security checks are required. Elit88 does not charge any fees for either deposits or withdrawals. All transaction costs are covered by the platform. However, your bank may impose a small transfer fee depending on your account type and bank — please check with your bank separately.

Rollover refers to the total wagering amount you must reach before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM 100 bonus with a 5x rollover, you must place a total of RM 500 in bets first. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type and can be checked in the terms of each promotion.

Once login, go to the "Promotions" in your account dashboard. Select the promotion you wish to claim and click "Claim Now". Some bonuses are credited automatically after a deposit, while others require a manual claim. Make sure you meet all eligibility requirements before claiming.
